The Parameters that Effect the Light Performance
⚫Light Source
Incandescent light, halogen light and LED light are widcly adoptcd as the light sources. But LED light has more advantages in various ways.
Our surgical lights are using the new LED cold light source. It is not engender infrared ray and ultraviolet radiation. Its halogen free won't cause temperature rise or tissue damage.
⚫Light Temperature
The color temperature of the operating shadowless lamp is usually between 4000 and 5000k, which can reduce the reflection and shadow of the operating area and improve the visual comfort and observation effect of the doctor.
MG CARE shadow-less operation lights has the range of light tempcrature from 3700 to 5000k.
⚫Color Rending Index (CRI)
The Color Rendering Index is a measure of the ability of its light source to render the true color of the object.
The higher the color rendering index, the stronger the color reduction ability of the operating shadowless lamp, which helps the doctor to bettcr observe the details and color characteristics of the operating area.
Generally, the CRI value of the surgical lamp is required to be 90 or above.
MG CARE shadow-less operation lights have the CRI range adjustable between 85 and 98.
⚫Illumination (Lux)
The illumination of the general operating shadow-less lamp can reach more than 150,000 Lux, which is close to the brightness under the summer sun.
MG CARE shadow-less operation lights have an adjustable illuminance range of 30,000-180,000 Lux.
⚫Spot Diameter
The larger the spot diameter, the better the shadow-less effect. The maximum spot diameter of the general surgical lights can reach 265 mm or more, and the minimum spot diameter is 150 mm or less.
MG CARE shadow-less operation lights have the spot diameter range from 160 mm to 280 mm.
⚫Illumination Depth
Most shadow-less operation lights have an illumination depth of 70-140 cm or 60-130 cm. The larger the diameter of the lamp holder or the greater the number of lamp holders, the deeper the illumination depth.
